Daily yoga and meditation sessions are the perfect complement to our fitness program to keep the body flexible and focus on core strength. Yoga classes are offered each morning or afternoon in our open air Bali yoga shala set amid our lush tropical frangipani gardens that are adorned with sacred statues of the ancient yoga tradition.

Yoga is beneficial and can be enjoyed by all women, no matter what age, size or fitness level.  We tailor your yoga program to your personal needs with our highly experienced yoga teacher by providing modifications for each yoga pose (asana) to suit everyone’s ability.

Our daily yoga classes will explore a variety of yoga traditions so that you can be introduced to styles of yoga you may not have experience before, and receive the amazing benefits of stretching and releasing long held muscle tension which is a prefect accompaniment to a fitness program.

The warmth of the tropics our open air yoga shala provides the perfect space to deepen stretches and help the body to detoxify and come alive.


A variety of these yoga practices will be offered on your fitness retreat.

Vinyasa Flow: An invigorating and dynamic class involving a continuous series of flowing postures characterized by rhythm, breath and sweat!  Go at your own pace and be prepared for a fun, challenging practice set to a funky soundtrack. This practice allows you the space and time to explore your body in the poses enhancing your strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. It’s perfect for anyone and everyone.

Yin Yoga: Bring balance to your body with this deep opening style of yoga practice. Yin yoga is designed to restore your tired, sore muscles by gently and slowly working the connective tissue by holding poses for an extended period of time. This yin style of yoga compliments any type of physical activity especially surfing and is a great way to balance out the yang in our everyday lives.

Slow Vinyasa: Offers a gentle, guided introduction to vinyasa flow.  Take the time to slow down and master the key posture transitions while developing your core upper body strength.  This class is ideal for beginner, or the more advance students looking to fine tune their practice. Yoga

Nidra: Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep.  Yoga nidra is one of the deepest forms of meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental processes to a state of profound stillness and insight.

Meditation: Be guided through various meditation techniques and promote a more peaceful internal environment making space for healing, creativity, stillness, intuition, and connection. Meditation is the most effective way to cultivate a happy life. Learn how to transcend the ego and start to quieten the busyness of the mind. Focusing on a different meditation techniques each time to helps you develop your own home practices after you leave.
