Our Fitness Retreat Package is the perfect way to enjoy and active escape filled with training sessions, pilates, yoga, nutritious meals and blissful pampering to soothe and strengthen body, mind and soul.

Everyone is unique with different abilities so we offer different exercise options based on your individual goals. We are able to adjust your workout to suit your fitness level and work around any injuries or special requirements.

We partner with with F45 training to provide a challenging group training session in a fun fast paced environment, or you can choose to join in group pilates classes that, low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles, in particular the core, while improving postural alignment and flexibility, and are suitable for all body types and fitness levels.

To start your retreat you will have a consultation to determine which fitness package choice would best suit your goals. With Either choice you will be sure to burn fat, build muscle and boost your metabolism with:
