Everyone is unique with different abilities, by partnering with F45 training, our private group training session provide a variety of daily changing work out classes and you will have the opportunity to really challenge yourself in a fun fast paced environment!

With group sizes limited to a maximum of 6 women, we are able to adjust your work out to suit your fitness level and work around any injuries or special requirements.
